As part of its work to promote high-quality advanced primary care, UHF has helped develop a set of meaningful quality measures, nationally accepted, that could be used to assess the performance of such practices. Highlights of this process, which was supported by the New York State Department of Health, were presented in the poster session of the 27th annual Symposium on Health Care Services in New York, co-sponsored by UHF and GNYHA Foundation in collaboration with leading health research organizations.
