Secure access to healthy food is increasingly recognized as a fundamental contributor to the health and well-being of communities. Health care organizations are more conscientiously investing in efforts to address unmet food needs and partnering with community-based organizations already working in this space to improve the health and well-being of individuals and communities.
This webinar discussed the intersection of food insecurity and health, as well as innovative health care and food system partnerships addressing communities’ food needs.
