United Hospital Fund's 2025 Tribute to Excellence in Health Care recognizing quality improvement champions will celebrate quality improvement champions selected from participating hospital systems, long-term care facilities, home care organizations, independent practice associations, federally qualified health centers, medical groups, and behavioral health organizations across the NY metro area, for their work to improve quality of care, patient safety, and the patient experience at their institutions.
The nomination process will begin in December, and honorees will be announced in early winter.
