The Quality Leaders Forum is a group of emerging and established quality leaders committed to improving the delivery of high-quality care in the greater New York area. Members are invited to network and discuss current issues in health care quality with nationally recognized quality leaders and to pursue opportunities for sharing best practices.

The Quality Leaders Forum (QLF) network includes 70+ graduates and faculty from the UHF/GNYHA Clinical Quality Fellowship Program and honorees from the annual UHF Tribute to Excellence in Health Care, representing over 30 health care organizations.

In its fourth year, the QLF participated in four events, stimulating dynamic discussions between participants and speakers. Topics included current priorities in health care quality, such as opportunities to improve the wellbeing of health care staff, understand how AI can be leveraged for improvement, reshape measurement priorities for the modern era, and address racism in health care practices:
