You can remember a loved one, friend, or colleague in a special way by making a donation in their memory to United Hospital Fund.
It may be possible to double, or even triple, your contribution to United Hospital Fund if your employer offers a matching gift program or you serve on a board that will match your gift. Just send us the matching gift form (usually available from the Human Resources department) along with your check, and we will handle the rest. Many companies also match gifts from spouses and retirees.

Consider including UHF in your estate plans and make a lasting impact on UHF’s work and the health of New Yorkers for generations to come. A bequest may allow you to make a more significant gift than you could otherwise afford in your lifetime and may also reduce your estate taxes. Moreover, your support will enable UHF to continue its role as a trusted, independent force for health care improvement for future generations.
You can include UHF in your will or living trust with a designation of any amount, percentage, or specific asset, or by naming UHF a beneficiary of your retirement plan or life insurance policy. When discussing your estate plans with your lawyer or financial advisor, you may want to consider incorporating the following simple language in your will:
“I give and bequeath to United Hospital Fund of New York, federal tax identification number 13-1562656 the sum of $___ or __ percent of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, for its general purposes.”
