UHF’s 2019 conference on Medicaid in New York featured a keynote by Donna Frescatore, New York State Medicaid Director, that highlighted the State’s progress toward ensuring that all New Yorkers have health coverage and achieving broad adoption of value-based payment across the Medicaid program. The conference also included a morning panel on the future of integration for Medicaid long-term care; an afternoon panel on ensuring the long-term success of the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program; and a “fireside chat” on the path forward for Medicaid managed care in New York.

The event was held on July 18, 2019, at the New York Academy of Medicine; it was supported by The Commonwealth Fund.
