Tribute Gifts

Recognize someone special, commemorate a milestone, or celebrate a special occasion, such as a birthday, anniversary, retirement, or wedding, by making a tribute gift to the United Hospital Fund.

From the Online Donation page, check the box at the bottom of Step 1 that says, “I would like notification of my donation mailed to recipient of my choice,” and enter the name and address of the person being honored. We will send a special note informing her or him of your gift. (The amount of your contribution will not be disclosed.)
