Medicare Rights Center

In the first of two funded reports, the Medicare Rights Center will update its 2011 analysis (supported by United Hospital Fund) of the impact of the Affordable Care Act and other policy changes on Medicare Advantage plan benefit design and availability in New York State. The second report will identify and propose policy and programmatic responses to the most important consumer problems identified through data gathered through calls to the Medicare Rights Center’s national Medicare help line.
