To establish the HealthSense Literacy Program, which will recruit bilingual volunteers to teach basic health literacy skills to patients and their caregivers in the Family Practice Clinic. The program will develop the volunteer training curriculum with the Adult Literacy Media Alliance using its Health Smarts While You Wait materials.
